Minus Calories..Confused! HELP!

So I have all my meals done today and still minus 3 calories... Im full and I really cant think of what else to eat. I had cereal this morning, we treated ourselves to chips at lunch and ive had a pasta salad for dinner.
I need ideas on how to eat more cals.. or am I doing the right thing?

  • You had nothing but chips for lunch? I'm incredibly confused about the reason *you're* confused... You consumed only 850 calories today. Even if you hadn't exercised at ALL, you would still have not eaten enough food. I'm not understanding why this has you stumped. Eat more food. If you are too full after 850 calories of food all day, then you're going to have to acknowledge the fact that your body is sending you the wrong signals and find a way to push on through. If you can't possibly fit more food into your stomach throughout the day, then you need to be choosing foods that are really calorie dense. Foods like nuts, cheese, butter, etc.

    Well we had a walk along the sea front and had chips, although it was a medium portion so yeah it did fill me up.
    I'm at the point where I feel physically sick so I really don't think I can eat anything else.
    Thanks for the suggestion of nuts though, I don't buy them often so will have to stock up tomorrow.
