Anyone know how to log the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred level 1? It combines cardio and strength...

    I log it as Circuit Training for 20 minutes.

    you can log it in cardio and make your own setting or I have heard people use it as circuit training general in cardio as well. It is around 200 calories burned but I would use a HRM to be a bit more accurate.
