Food, not exercise is my challenge

Hello all!

To introduce myself, I will say I am a mother of 3 who has gained weight over the years by concentrating on everything except what I put in my mouth. I have been working out for many years now and even became a certified group exercise instructor. I am 30 pounds heavier now than I was at my lowest adult weight. I would like to get back to that weight and would love to meet people to encourage me along the way. It will be hard for me to monitor my intake, but I know if will be worth it.
