Hi MFP,
I'm a big fan of MFP but have really neglected the site and i know it can really help people. I decided to start a video blog of all my MFP friends and more so to encourage me to not be a lard *kitten* and really lose weight this summer. If you want to watch just click the link....the more friends I make on here the better. I've lost a lot of weight before so i am fully aware i can do it again.
