Lets Try This Again...

Hello MFP Friends,
I am trying once again to get healthy & back on track. After I had my daughter, who is now four, I decided that I was going to get in shape like I never have before. I started eating a 1200 calorie & 30 gram of fat per day diet & working out for at least 40 minutes Five days a week. I started off at about 196 in January 2009 & was down to 160 by July 2009 & felt great! I kept up on my healthy eating & exercising for quite a while after I reached my goal & then slowly I got off track. Long story short I am now at 225 pounds (more than I have ever weighed) & want to be back to the 160 that I was so comfortable as & stay there this time. If anyone has any tips please fill me in! I am confident that I will do well this time. I have been saying I was going to start since it was my "new years resolution" & finally, after seeing a million people walking around my neighborhood looking all healthy & motivated, I was starting today. I need motivation & support MFP.....HELP! ;-)
