Finally after 4 months of standstill, I can say that I have lost for 3 weeks in a row! And wouldn't ya know it, bam! Welcome to my life again TOM! I usually weigh heavier on the first part and less on the second, so yes, it does even out in the end...BUT. I would like to keep the momentum going as long as I can.
So far today I have drank 10 (8oz) glasses of water. My goal is to off-set the bloat by doubling up on my water. Will I actually get 16 today? I don't know, but I will certainly try! So my question is... do you THINK that my way of thinking will work out for me? I'd appreciate any SERIOUS feedback, thanks in advance!

I find that drinking plenty of water heads off the bloat big time. Your body understands that you will provide enough water to survive and it lets it all go! I still can get major league bloating some times (like ~5lbs), but it's not as often as long as I keep drinking my water.

Thanks. I'm really hoping that it works! Although I am sure it will...

I think it's a great idea. I always plan on doing this to see if it really helps with bloating, but I never make it to that much water. Good luck and let us know how it works out :)

Curious to see how this works for you...the theory makes sense to me!
