Hi - I'm Jess

I'm new (again).
Long story short. I was big, I lost 100 pounds, I got pregnant, I gained a lot of pounds, I had the baby (she's THE BEST)...and then only lost about 20. I have a lot more to lose in order to be at that healthy pre-pregnancy weight. I'm motivated by the fact that I am a new mother who wants to be comfortably active with my child and of course to gain life years to spend with her (and of course my husband, and everybody else that I love :)

So, with that said. I'm asking for help getting started and lots of support along the way. Friend me if you wish. Would love to have you on my support team :)

    Hey Jess.

    I am the same, well, I had a baby a year ago. I was proper lazy when she was born. Breast fed but I wasn't one of those that lost weight. I gained. Rubbish.

    I am now at my pre pregnancy weight, but that was over weight. I still have quite a lot of poundage to lose. Maybe we can spur each other on?
