I've been hiding away but want to make some new friends.

I've been on this site for a while now. Slowly losing weight. And I mean slowly. Some weeks 2lbs, some 1 and some none, but there have been no gains so I should take that. But I want to lose MORE.

I power walk about 20 miles a week, which is toning my legs up nicely.

Anyway, I am Kirsty and have about 3 stone to lose. But I am aiming for another 2. I will tackle the last stone when I get to where I am going.

I would kinda like some friends [how lame is that? asking for friends haha] who have similar weight to lose, or who have lost it. I need inspiration. Food ideas. And that magic fat burning pill ;)

Wow I sound lame. I am sorry for that.

    Wow. I guess I will talk to myself then. So to get some attention on here, you have to go all out? Aren't we all here for the same thing?

    Nah, don't stress - people are on here from all over the world.
    In Aus, for example, its 10:15pm - bedtime for some people. And no doubt its work-time for some in other parts of the world.

    People can reply up to 12hrs after you post, haha.

    But feel free to add :) I'm at "ideal" weight but focusing on bulking up / upping muscle definition at the moment, so I don't track or worry too much about weight fluctuations
