I have done Insanity for up to 3 weeks consistently. It is a great workout and after you're done you definitely feel exhausted. I think the problem for me with Insanity is doing it back to back to back days. You're body doesn't get a lot of time to recover. Therefore, I was sore quite a bit.0

I am in my 4th week of Insanity and feel great. Its tough to get up every morning and do that workout, but after its over you feel good. I was only sore the first few days. They do a lot of stretching which seems to help keep the soreness in check. I truly feel better than I've felt in a long time. Give it at least 2 weeks, you'll see the benefits.0

I just ordered insanity and I can't wait to start ! A lot of people say you need to be in pretty good shape already to complete the program . But I've also found reviews that say insanity is all about form and doing it correctly rather than just speed and trying to keep up with everyone else id say go ahead and start it0
