I am tempted to start this as I am fairly fit but need something extra.

Sell it to (or dissuade) me please...

I have done Insanity for up to 3 weeks consistently. It is a great workout and after you're done you definitely feel exhausted. I think the problem for me with Insanity is doing it back to back to back days. You're body doesn't get a lot of time to recover. Therefore, I was sore quite a bit.

I am in my 4th week of Insanity and feel great. Its tough to get up every morning and do that workout, but after its over you feel good. I was only sore the first few days. They do a lot of stretching which seems to help keep the soreness in check. I truly feel better than I've felt in a long time. Give it at least 2 weeks, you'll see the benefits.

I just ordered insanity and I can't wait to start ! A lot of people say you need to be in pretty good shape already to complete the program . But I've also found reviews that say insanity is all about form and doing it correctly rather than just speed and trying to keep up with everyone else :) id say go ahead and start it :)
