I have been told by my endocrinologist that cardio increases your blood sugar (which I know my body does) and weights decreases it (also shown to happen in my body) Has anyone else experienced this and if so, how do you create a workout without going too high or low????

Not quite sure how it all works but what I have been told to alternate cardio and weight training. Haven't tried it yet but I will when I get back from vacation. We can experiment and post the results afterward. Is anyone up for that?0
