new and already de motivated! help!!!

hi, am twiggy and am new here , happy to find a place with like minded people , am 5'7 weigh 76 kg and my waist is 36 on a good day i want to lose 10 kg of that in 6 weeks ! i joined a gym on the 16th and i go 5 to 6 times weekly i do cardio brisk walking at a minimum incline 5.0 and speed 4.0. i move to weight training and do 9 sets of 10 move to abs sets of 5 on 10 too. average i spend 75 mins at the gym daily and i haven't seen progress yet but am hoping in a month it will change .
i live in Nigeria so most of the food here is carb ridden. am lactose intolerant so i can stomach milk in small doses at intervals so i take yogurt in muesli ,oats for breakfast and fruits lotss of it and max 2 meals daily ....
why d epistle? SOMEBODY HELP!!! lol

    So wait, what is your problem? You are working out. Just count your calories and you will be fine. Carbs are ok, I swear.
