Best at-home toning workouts

I realized this weekend that although I am less than 10lbs from my goal weight, I am still "fat"... or at least I still look fat (to me) so I need to put aside my hatred of weight training and suck it up and start toning.

As it stands I have a 10lb kettlebell, 3 and 5 lb hand weights and my own body weight to work with.

Any suggestions on great at-home full body toning exercises?

    Anything by Jillian Michaels... She scares the hell out of me, but she gets results.

    If you haven't tried the 30 Day Shred yet, you'll get results. Quick 20 minutes that work the heck out of all your muscles. I never realized that I actually had a muscle in my shoulder until I started this workout! LOL! Who knew? The workouts are "no joke' (to quote Jillian) but the deliver FAST!

    I've started 30 Day Shred sooo many times and I never finish it. It's just not enjoyable. lol

    Cathe Friedrich Gym Style series, Muscle Max, Pyramid Upper/Lower DVDs. Love her! But you'll need to get some heavier dumbells as you progress.

    I hate home DVD workouts, but love the 30 days shred. I am on day 7 and I already see a Huge change. I have lost inches already. I can deal with 20 mins of her. Even though she is kind of annoying.


    I do this with cardio too, but I have had a huge difference in inches since doing this workout.
