    I'm at the gym every day. My routines usually vary depending on what I did the last day.
    Sunday:Chest/shoulders/triceps
    Monday:Back/Biceps/abs
    Tuesday: Hamstrings
    Wednesday:Rest or cardio
    Thursday: Arms/abs
    Friday:Quads
    Saturday:Cardio

    I run on Saturday mornings, rest on Sunday.

    On weekdays when I'm spending the day in the office, I'll either walk 2.5 miles to work and 2.5 miles home, cycle in the evening (usually about 2 miles), run in the evening (0.8 miles, currently), or do a routine on Kinect if it's raining.

    On Tuesdays, starting for the first time tomorrow, I have the whole day at home. I'm going running in the morning as soon as I wake up, and again at the start of my lunch break.
