I'm not usually a joiner, but there's a fiirst time for everything. 46 years old, with high blood pressure and an under-active thyroid. Taking medication for both. 26th January was 97 kgs, doctor told me I had to lose weight. Started going to the gym 5 times a week and watching what I eat (don't like to say diet - it makes me feel like I am missing out on something!). 2nd March was down to 92.8 kgs. Went to Ireland for the week-end and when i got back didn't feel so great and ended up not going back to the gym for 11 days. Started back at the gym 19th March and went every day for approximately an hour. 23rd March 95 kgs. Feel very demotivated. Going to give it another week or so.

Don't give up! You've seen that you can do it before and you can do it again. Sometimes our bodies take longer than other times, could be down to a million things. Keep up the hard work, you'll be so glad you did when you achieve your goal0
