Is this video too much for for an out of shape older person? WE all know how tough Jillian is!

    she offers easier and more manageable postures for people with bad knees/joints and if you cant move on to the next level, you can keep going on with level 1. I am 23 years old but i'm really out of shape and i have no muscle or endurance and i LOOOOVE JM30DS.

    You're aren't old. :) I'd say start with Leslie Sansone walking tapes and then start to add on. Go to your public library and check out a variety of beginner aerobics tapes. Try a little of everything to see what you like. Remember Jane Fonda? I'm 42 and when I started, I used some of her tapes including her low impact aerobics and her step videos.
