"Cheat Day"?

I'm planning a major indulgence day Wednesday. Hubby wants to go to the movies, and I'm baking cake for a friend's baby shower, where there willbe TONS of goodies. The anticipation of having a fun, carefree day has made it easier not to go crazy in these days leading up to it. As much as I look forward to indulging, I also look forward to staying on track afterwards because I'm feeling soooo much better since changing my eating choices. I don't foresee a once a week "cheat" any time in my future because I'll just beat myself up over it and ultimately stray from healthier eating. I think that's the key: learning to let loose occasionally without the guilt. We shall see!0
