Hi all you lovely peeps :) I am blessed with the ultimate willpower (no not from within) My daughter who has also joined this brilliant forum where there is no hiding place!! so at my weaker moments when I can hear the pastries calling to me ... I know my sins will find me out ;) no seriously the design of this site is a really good motivator for results. I had a similar one for quitting smoking some 18 months ago.

There has been a slip already today as I sucumbed to a pack of walkers from sandwich lady at work! well sandwich man as lady off sick but did really well fighting off cinnamon swirl craving in waitrose!
