Well, I'm finally going to take the plunge and post some pics! Even though I feel like I have a LONG way to go, I also like seeing my progress. I have a myriad of health problems, including:

TMJ
severe scoliosis - hoping to avoid surgery
food allergies
depression/anxiety - no meds in almost a year!
asthma - I will have run almost 50 miles this month despite this
arthritis
migraines
PCOS
adhesions from 2 c-sections

And the list goes on... :)

DESPITE all of this, I have lost about 65# - hit goal weight just before Christmas and have been working towards leaning up, getting my lungs back after getting sick in Jan and toning all my droopy skin!

Warning - I have stretch marks and my gut looks like a black watermelon, so please be kind!

I'm pretty sure I was heavier than what I was when I started this...I avoided scales at all costs!

Here's the progress thus far. The first pic is Jan 11, the next two are July 11, then Nov 11 and last March 2012...

Not too shabby for a mom of two, author, teacher and generally really busy person!!
