Salmon Burgers

I made this recipe up after having a salmon burger at a restaurant while on vacation. Mine come in at about 300 calories (I eat it on an Arnold sandwich bun, so add 100 cal). 400 isn't bad for a big burger.
1 lb Fresh salmon fillet
2 Tbsp bread crumbs
1 tsp prepared horseradish (or to taste)
1 tbsp minced fresh dill
pinch granulated garlic
1 egg, lightly beaten
salt & pepper
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Remove salmon skin from fillet and dice into fine 1/2inch pieces. Place in medium bowl and add remaining ingredients. Stir to combine. Heat grill pan, or nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Divide salmon mixture into 3 equal parts and pat into loose patties. They are very delicate so gently place them in pan. They'll get sturdier as they cook together. Cook about 3 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Can serve on bun or alone. I've also made a homemade tartar sauce when i have the calories to spare but they're delicious on their own.
