what should I do?

I have found that I do really well with my food all day. Then around 330 or so I feel like I can't stop eating. The things that I want to eat are like pretzels and crackers. What can I do to help this? What have you done to help if this happens to you?

    STAY BUSY!
    Plan a walk, take the kids to the park etc
    Also are u eating enough at lunch....are u eating a snack around 2:30-3:00 with enough protein/filling (cheese, tuna, an apple etc)
    If you are really jonsing some crackers pick a healthy mutli-grain variety and measure out about 100cals worth in a baggy etc....so you can make sure you keep the portion small)

    I also start to get hungry around 3-4:00 I have 3 tablespoons of trail mix with a bottle of water(160cals) it has the salt and sweet that i seem to crave that time of day. Aslo sugar free gum seems to help me ALOT...I hope this will help you too....

    I eat 5-6 meals per day so I do eat at around 3:30pm. Try something light like raw veggies, fruit, yogurt or low cal soup. I also have a tea in the afternoon and it seems to help too.
