I've lost a few pounds so far, but sill have some to go. I'm losing about 6 pounds per month.

I've found that for me, it makes an enormous difference to have dessert at the end of the day with my wife. So I normally save 200 calories for it.

Having some real chocolate or a real cookie or something else excellent at the end of the day makes it feel like I'm not really dieting at all.

I've found the same. I'm a dreadful sugar addict but I know if I can have something after my tea then the rest of the day will be less tempting. I now have a bank of <200kcal 'desserts' for after tea (WW eclairs are only 81kcal and quite nice).
  • Ditto!! I have a huge sweet tooth! I make sure to leave at least 200 calories for dessert. I need that sweet treat at the end of the day, even if it's just fruit with cool whip, I look forward to it.

My dessert though would probably be a ten pack of titbits, three donuts or a DQ treat or a Mcdonalds fudge sundae :D

Yep I understand. I just had an orange sherbert push-up. Only 80 calories and yummy!!
