Does anyone know why when you put your streangth training into the tracker why doesn't it give any calories burned?

it assumes that our heartrate wasnt that high. Lifting burns less than cardio I guess.
If you want an accurate calorie count you need to get yourself a heartrate monitor. Have a polar ft4 myself and love it. Dont always take it with me by now, but have a much better grasp of what I burn on average. MFP usually way overestimates cardio calories , and underestimates weight lifting for me.
edit: also, usually helps putting the topic of the question in the Topic. More likely to get answers that way0 -
go to the cardio section, click on add exercise and type in weight training. There are several choices there. Then put your specifics below in the strength section for your own info.0
