I got my husband to try the 30 day shred with me today. Before he started he said "This is for girls"! Needless to say, he got a good workout. LOL I asked him to help me on my journey and do the entire 30 days with me and he is convinced that even though he got a good burn, it's for women. Are there any men out there who have done or are doing the 30 day shred so I can honestly tell him he's not the only one?

If so, what kind of results did you have?

Thanks!!

Can't see why it would only be for woman. It is definitely marketed at woman yes. It's like riding a little 50 cc scooter. It is fun until your mates see you. ;)

And if my fiance asked me to do it with her and I know it would motivate her, I'd shred. :)

I tried it for a little while a year or 2 ago. I guess it could be decent cardio. But it is aimed at women basically. Also, I don't care for Jillian Michaels...like at all.

I just started it today, and it was a pretty good workout. I might have to up the weights on a few of the exercises but for the most part it seemed like a great burn.

Tried it but I felt it wasn't 'enough' of a workout.
