I'm new and weak among other things....

Hi everyone. I'm new at this. I'm on day 4, sort of. I've been watching what I eat for the most part. I have fibromyalgia and have to try to follow a very borring diet so I'm thinking that in itself will help me lose weight. I know I need to try exercise but I also have a back disorder that causes me to fear exercise for fear of putting my back out. Does anyone else out there have fibromyalgia and if so, got any good advice for me on how to win the battle of the bulge without starving myself and maybe even some good exercise tips. Any advice is welcome:)
