Hey, I love--love-love Greek dressing on my salad and would love to try to make it. I have made a high cal version with olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper and oregeno- which was yum, but really the oil is a killer. Any one know of a way to lower the fat in a dressing recipee?

Olive Oil is good fat, though. It isn't like you're going to drink a gallon of it, are you? Just use a little bit at a time & enjoy it! It sounds delicious! :flowerforyou:
