I normally eat the calories I burn in activity. I have plateaued in weight again but I plan on trying the zig zag calorie counting and upping activity too. I have heard some say they eat them all some say only half. What do you all do?

I eat until my body is sated

So far I've lost 15 lb eatin my NET. Lost 15 before tracking my cals but it was slow and i yo-yoed a lot.
My cals are set at 1350 and I usually end up eating close to 1750/1800.
I'm at the 5lb stretch right now so at a bit of a plateau myself but I think I'm pushing through it.0 -
