Cardio workout that's easier on the calves?

I have a question... I want to work out when I get off of work but my calves are KILLING me from my workout this morning! Whats an exercise I can do that will go a little easier on the calves?

You could have naturally tight calves. Have you tried stretching them before and after a workout?0

I have been only stretching after my workouts so far and it had always been ok but this morning I did the treadmill at a really high incline and an arc trainer so it was all calves! I will start stretching before and after too, but I'm not sure what to do about tomorrow... lol0

I have that problem too. I nearly always forget to stretch before I hit the treadmill and I pay for it with a hot burning pain going down my right calf.0

you may need to use tomorrow as your rest day
have u tried yoga?? :bigsmile:
its good for stretching and to use on a rest day0
