Stomach NSV 3.26.12 with pics!

Hey everyone, hope you are having a great day! I decided to post a pic of my stomach progress. as you can see, my stomach is where I carry my fat. I want to see the transformation from fat to lean, toned, and flat. I am noticing enough change to finally post my before picture :blushing: I've been getting great compliments lately so that gave me the courage too! I think you all will notice the change more than people who arent on a weight loss journey (or have never done it).
I've lost 7 inches from my stomach so far. 4 of those inches came this month alone! now that I'm not constantly plateauing, the inches are falling off.
For those who are going to ask, I work out 6 days a week. I do Zumba on my Xbox 360 Kinect (and push harder every song). I strength train also. I challenge myself to increase weight or change my routine so my body can't get used to any one thing. I've been having great results with this. I eat 5-6 small meals a day. I'm working on getting more protein and keeping my carbs and sodium low.
That's pretty much it. I push my self to and beyond my limit everyday and I love it! I plan to post a progress pic every month, so look out for me!:flowerforyou: Thanks for checking out my pics. Have a great week!
