Does anyone know of a web address for a C210K plan for a treadmill please?

Do you mean c25k? If so, you could use this, though I use the regular version on the treadmill.

There is also a b210k program, which is a followup to c25k. I'm not aware of any versions of that designed for a treadmill.

How are you finding the B210K? Just did W1D1 today and found it fine. Was a bit tired but a minute rest every 10min run was good :-)

hi, i initially thought i will jump to week 7 - did it for a week, then had an enforced break for a week
after that since my main goal is to loose weight , i started from week 1 , have completed day 2, and am liking it
