I lost 25 pounds in two months of MFP and have gained back 15 of it over six months. I've been back on MFP for the past two weeks or so, and noticing that even when I am eating less/exercising I am not noticing the weight loss at all. I'd lose a pound or two and then gain it back; in fact, I weigh more than when I started back on MFP.
I realize that this is a long-term thing and don't worry, I will not get discouraged and stop (because I know I will only keep GAINING as opposed to at least NOT losing), but has anyone else noticed this? Any tips?
