Chinese style chilli chicken

I made this last night as i was craving chinese.

250g diced skinless chicken breast
juice of 1 lime
chilli relish - i used levi roots chilli and mango

fry the chicken until golden and crispy round the edges
mix together 4 tbs of relish and the juice of a lime
add 3/4 of the mixture to the cooked chicken and stir fry for a couple of minutes
serve over rice - i actually had cauliflower 'rice' with mine mixed with some peas
pour over remaining mixture of relish and eat!

cauliflower rice:
blend raw cauliflower until it looks like rice and heat in microwave on its own for about 5 minutes

the whole dish including 'rice' was: 397 calories.
