Hi. My two boys and I have started a weight loss program. It seems to be working for one of us, but not my 16 yr. old or myself. We are located in Iowa on the Nebraska boarder and have a membership to the Y. Looking for online or offline friends.

    Hi, I am Shridhar. Wanting to lose weight. Joined during 1st week of this month. since then i have been walking about 90 minutes on an average. some days I found my weight is reduced by 1 kg and some days it will increase by 1 kg. But still I am continuing in the hope to lose my weight. After walking I gain some good feeling and feel fit. I wish to continue till my goal is reached.

    Hi, firstly let me say congratulations on your remission, that's wonderful.
    Secondly, welcome.
    MFP is a great tool in weight loss and there is always lots of help available.
    If you have set your goals correctly and stick to your calorie goal you should start seeing results soon.
    If you want help with food choices have your diary open for others to see.
