    Yay!! I am 5 ft 1 and 113lbs. I have lost over 16lbs and after a little break from dieting i have started again to get down 108lbs.

    I'm 33 years old and 5ft 1, trying to shift baby weight after twins.... which really should be gone by now as they are nearly 3 :-(

    I personally feel that at a height of around 5ft every pound on or off counts and seems to show, wish I could eat or carry off the weight as easily as my taller friends do!!! If any fellow 5ft 'ers want to add me feel free :-)

    Hi Im a short one too at 5ft1 34 this year so i will start shrinking soon.

    I would rather be short as a pair of heels will make me taller But being tall you cant make yourself shorter. Best things come in smaller packages as my Dad always told me ☺☺☺
