Spiralizer

I have a spiralizer and love making courgette noodles as a pasta replacement however I'm looking for ideas for other vegetables that could be used in the same way.

I blanch my courgettes prior to serving so that they are warm but still have a lot of bite.

Can anyone recommend any? I'm planning to try carrot already but haven't thought up a sauce to go with it yet.

I apologize...after looking up courgette, I realized it's the same thing as zucchini!
