Hi guys and dolls

My target is to lose 15 more LBS .. and i am stuck eating the same things!

please add me as a friend and share your eating habits!

I am a vegetarian and hardly eat egg's or dairy but carnivores are welcome!

    I can't help with the eating habits- I admit, I eat pretty much what I want, just smaller portion sizes and better ingredients in my recipes (low fat cheese instead of regular, etc...). I do have some yummy recipes though!!!

    But I too am in the 160 range (158.5 today- lowest yet- woo hoo!) and am trying to get down to 150-
