How heavy is heavy?

I've been reading about NROLFW and lifting heavy and was curious how heavy is heavy for most women? I know it's as heavy as you can lift for X number of reps... but for people actually doing it, how much is that?

it all depends on what exercise you are doing... like I am doing ChaLean Extreme and it wants you to push until failure in 10-12 reps. When I do bicep curls I can barely do 12 at 22.5 lbs. When I do squats I have a total of 50 lbs and that feels light to me but that's the most I have.

No idea what NROLFW is but heavy, to me, is anything @ 85% of your 1RM and above, which will be around 5 repetitions max.

Heavy is whatever you can manage until failure at 6-12 reps for 3 sets.

Pretty much this. When you start lifting in excess of 80% of your 1-rep max you're talking Maximal Strength gains.
