Help, chlorine skin

I'm in the pool 5 times a week and while I have been able to protect my hair for the most part with a swim cap my skin always smells like chlorine now. I can cover it up with perfumed soaps but once the soap smell is gone you can still smell the underlying chlorine; can anyone recommend something to get the chlorine out of my skin?
