Having a hard time getting into the groove

I have been a member of MFP for a very long time. Before I got preggers I lost just under 50lbs and was in Onderland. In my pregnancy I gained all the weight back. Since having my son last June I now only have another 25lbs to get to pre-pregnancy weight. I am having such a hard time getting back on track.

I was doing really well in January, but so many things happened I got off track. My son got sick and had ear infections from Nov to Mar when he finally got tubes in his ears. He is now much better, but I am still not on the wagon. I am trying very hard this week to get back on the wagon.

Yesterday was a not so good day, but today is a new day. I really have no idea what I need at this point for motivation. I go on a cruise with hubby on May 14th (7 weeks) and would love to be in Onderland by then which would mean I would need to lose 20lbs. I know it is possible, but is it realistic for me? One day at a time...I need to get that into my head again.

Thanks for listening to me. I really needed that.
