My bmr is 1665. To lose around 2 lbs per week should i keep it no more than 1565?? Also is there ever a time its better not to drink cold water like when working out?? I've been eating around 1200 and wasn't losing. I upped it recently and have slowly lost more. What are your thoughts on what calorie intake i should have? im 22, 5 ft 7 at 193 lbs. I work roughly 30 hours a week running around.

    heres the thing about calorie intake....if your not taking in enough your body goes into starvation more and stores everything. i know u said you uped ur calorie intake but r losing slowly now. maybe ur still not at ur magic calorie intake number. try maybe adding a few more. also what is ur normal calorie burn? how hard do you work out? all that plays a factor too
