everyone should try this recipe I've just made up!

you will need:

200grams bananas
x2 toffee weight watchers yoghurts.

Slice up and peel your banana, put the slices into a freezer bag, and freeze for two hours.
blend the banana slices in a blender, it may turn powdery, but keep with it and it should turn creamy.
Add the yoghurt, ! Eat now or put in a box and freeze and eat later!

you can use any type of yoghurt you like, add anything in you like, really, go wild with this one.
The recipe I listed creates about 400grams, with 69 calories per 100gram portion.
