Hello all!

My name is Whitney and I am 25 years old. I am a new member of my fitness pal! I got married in October and shed those pounds in order to fit into my wedding dress. I did the HCG diet and lost 15 pounds. I was at 135.

After wards, like became too crazy and I gained it all back. Instead of doing the starve yourself HCG diet (it works, but is hard to do) I decided to count calories.

I've been doing it since last week and lost 3 pounds!

I know how important it is to have support during this, so I thought I would reach out and make a network of friends to support each other- and be there with recipe ideas, exercise ideas, etc.

As of now, I do ZILCH exercise. I am going to try and take my dog for a 30 minute walk at least 3x a week and then do yoga 1x a week- just to get back into it.
