LOW fiber diet?

I'm looking for tips/suggestions from anyone that, for medical reasons or otherwise, eats a low fiber diet. I have multiple chronic stomach/digestive problems that prohibit me from eating foods high in fiber, but it seems like the vast majority of "healthy" foods out there are full of it. As a result, over the past few months as I've been trying to make a positive change in the way I eat, I have been getting very sick way more often than when I ate a frozen pizza for dinner every day! It's extremely frustrating. I understand that fiber is generally a good thing, and I promise I'm not trying to debate that. But if anyone else is in the same boat where they can't eat a lot of fiber, I'd love to hear about your go-to foods. Thanks!

Low carbers often end up with low fibre diets. It is generally not a bad thing as fibre is most beneficial in dealing with plant (grains, veggies, fruit) digestion.
