I DO see a difference.....In your face, in the size of your arm, in your overall size. I think if you had worn the same color shirt you would have really noticed. We often wear black when we are large and then begin to use white and color as we lose our weight. The black I think helped to make you look a little smaller initially. Good for you for keeping on.......it's stories like yours that give me the encouragement I need to commit to this lifestyle change.
