I was just wondering where you started your nursing career? I graduated in December and I have been looking for my first RN position. I evetually would like to get into L&D but it seems every place I have looked wants you to have some experience in the area already. So I was wondering what area of nursing would be a good place to start if I eventually want to get into L&D? Any tips would be great! :smile:
