So I just started my 1200 calories a day dieting Friday and its been hard, especially when your doing it alone. So Id like to meet new friends on here that can lend an encouraging hand.

    Dont give up. You can do this. 1200 calories is a bit rough but that just means you have to get creative. it will get easier and just become a way of life!
