NSV... Running!

Last night at the gym...I jogged for 41 minutes without stopping. Running a mile used to kill me, and now I can do 41 whole minutes straight! I couldn't even believe it.
I can't remember the last time I was this proud of myself. =D

I think of all the emotions this journey has taken me on, proud is my favourite (I'm Canadian, and I spell things the Canadian way).

I am right there with you... I am going to have to repeat week 1 of c25k because right now I can only run for 45 seconds at the longest. But we can get there with time and determination.0 -

Yay for you! I do C25K w2/d2 tomorrow. I'm looking forward to being able to run for the first time in my life. I couldn't even run a whole lap when I was in school. At this point I can't hardly imagine running for 41 minutes straight.0
