One of those weekends!!!

How many of ya have one of those weekends where meal control is impossible. I had one and now its time to take care of it. I know went past my goal a few days in a row and ate crap. Don't think it was too bad. Probably just need a couple days to recover, I hope.

Who all has had a weekend like that? What did you do the week after?

    My weekends are frequently like this! For awhile there I wasn't even logging on the weekends, which proved disastrous. I find if I log it, even if I go over, the damage is minimal. I just pick myself back up on Monday and stick to the plan, and make sure to drink lots of water and don't skimp on my exercise.

    Oh, and I never get back on the scale before Wednesday.

    Just remember to give yourself a break because it will happen. Allow yourself to enjoy it and then forget about it and focus on the week ahead, starting with a good workout!
