Hi There,

How do all you spinners/indoor rider's calculate your miles for any indoor riding activity?
I noticed on a few threads people posting how many miles they did indoor riding or spin class and I am very interested to know how!

    I use a GPS!






    (some machines show distance, or have other calculations like RPM. other than that, you would have to guess. I don't bother. I only count miles where I actually move.)

    our spin bikes dont have a way to measure unfortunately...i spin once a week and NEVER get to count my 50 min class....ohhhh well, i have to move you *kitten* other ways to get my miles in ....
