Ok, so I'm dead serious about losing some weight. MFP has me on a 1500 calorie a day limit, I work out 5 days a week, 20-30 minutes a day. I do try to eat back my calories burned, usually about 350-450 day.
I've been hearing alot of this BMR factor and now I'm confused, the BMR calculator on MFP gives me this number, 1,593 calories.
So I shouldnt be going under this amount per day? because i'M netting around 800-1400 a day depending on the day.
I have lost 3 lbs in two weeks doing it this way but I'm afraid its wrong? Should I be increasing my calories?
HELP PLEASE!
