Mommy Pooch

Hi Yall! I'm new to MFP but not so new to weight loss. I have once lost 50lbs to look amazing for my wedding about 4 years ago ... THEN, I had my son who is now 2 & I have about 20more lbs to get off now. So my question is ... how do I get rid of this mommy, or as I call it, The kangaroo pouch!! From the weight gain and loss, and the growing baby, I have the pooch of fat that just sits below my belly button. My current exercise consists of cardio, cardio, oh wait, more cardio. I do enjoy cardio classes which get you on the floor to do some abs but it doesn't seem to be doing the trick. TIA for the advice~

Strength training, full body exercises and plyometrics worked for me... So circuits of burpees, planks, squats, squat jumps, tuck jumps, lunges, push ups, etc.0

There is a book called loose your mommy tummy, or there is another exercise program called t-tapp that is for mamas. I have not personally used either one, but I know several women who have used t-tapp with great success. I was thinking of doing it, as I have the dvd, just never used it!0
